Great little lunch or dinner wrap. Add variety by changing the type of meat or bell pepper. Or leave out the meat and include more veggies, for a vegetarian meal. Healthy, simple, fast, and yummy…and ready in 20 minutes.
Hummus and Veggie Turkey Wrap
Prep time: 15 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
• 2 flour tortillas
• 2/3 cup hummus
• 4 slices of turkey meat
• 1 yellow or red bell pepper (ribs and seeds removed) thinly sliced
• 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
• 1/2 avocado, pitted and thinly sliced (optional)
• salt and pepper to taste
Lay tortillas on a work surface. Dividing evenly, spread each one with hummus. In the center of the tortilla, place all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Roll up.
