Appetizer? Perhaps. But it also works wonderfully as a salad, with bread as the transportation to your mouth, instead of a fork.

The original recipe was from Betty Crocker, but I changed the ingredient amounts, eliminated the lettuce, and altered the dressing. Now I love this mixture; light, with a little crunch, and great flavor.

You could also substitute lump crab meat for the tuna.
