I don’t cook with meat a lot, so when I do, it’s considered a special treat. Paul would be happy if I just threw a steak on the grill and called it a day. And I do do that. Sometimes.
Most of the time, though, when I think of making something with sirloin or flank, I struggle with whether I should: a) look for some new recipe to tackle, or b) make this Beef and Orange Stir Fry, from EveryDay Food. I would say this one wins about 50% of the time. It’s a favorite.
I altered the original recipe, doubling the sauce, so the rice won’t be lonely.
