Ingredients
- 1 large head of the broccoli which has to be cut into small florets
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups of red grapes that is sliced into 2 halves
- 1 cup of dried cherries, raisins and cranberries
- 1 cup of sliced almonds
- 6 scallions that are finely chopped
- 1/3 cup of cooked and finely chopped bacon pieces
- 1 cup of mayo sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients together in one large bowl. Mix mayo, sugar, vinegar together in one small bowl. Pour the mayo mixture over the broccoli mixture and combine the ingredients well into each other. Let it chill for about 2 to 3 hours and serve it while its cold. This dish is also loved by kids for its mouth watering taste.
