You all know I’m not a bread maker. A baker, yes. A bread maker, no. My last attempt working with yeast was over two years ago (and that even took me three tries before the rolls didn’t resemble hockey pucks.)
No, I take the easy way out and use a tube of dough to make mini cinnamon rolls, packaged flatbread for pizza, and now Grands biscuits for a side of bread.
I haven’t quite decided whether it’s lack of time or patience with all the kneading and rising – probably the latter – but making homemade bread is on my bucket list!
In the meantime, quick and easy sides of bread like this are in my comfort zone. And it was delicious! Perfect to go with some Spaghetti and Meatballs.
Easy Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread
Serves 8-10
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
• 1 tube of refrigerated Grands biscuits (not the flaky layers)
• 1/2 stick of unsalted butter
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put the cold stick of butter in a bundt pan and let it melt in the preheating oven.
While the butter melts, cut the Grands biscuits into quarters. In a bowl, toss the biscuit pieces, garlic, Italian Seasoning, and Parmesan cheese together.
Once the butter is melted, add the biscuit mixture to the pan, sprinkling with any cheese and garlic that gets left behind in the bowl.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown (mine took 25.) Turn out on a dish and enjoy!

Hey–artisanbreadinfive. com has great recipes for no knead breads. They’re lovely artisan breads that taste fabulous and are pretty easy. Thought you might like to know and maybe try it out.
I promise that with a stand mixer, bread baking isn’t all that bad! The kneading is all taken care of for you. Then again, I suppose with these biscuits y dont even need to wait for rising…bonus.
I cheat all the time with freezer pie crusts, canned biscuits. This sounds wonderful!
Another easy, yummy recipe. Love. It.
I’m with you–my last attempt at “real bread” about 2 years ago was not so hot. So I’m digging the not-exactly-from-scratchedness of this. =)
Yeast is the one thing I don’t do either. Or pie crusts…ugh. I just can’t bring myself to even attempt to master those seemingly tedious foods. And why bother when your easy recipe looks sooo yummy and easy, too?
Heaven help me.
You’re welcome Amy!!
I have a NO KNEAD bread recipe coming. This could be it for you! Makes 2 loaves and it’s easy!! Hang in there with me girl!
