Isn’t that Christmas tree ornament ^^^ super cute? It’s made out of wine corks! My crafty friend, Cher, had Haley put it together. I love it.
Time: 7:56 am
Weather outside: 40.2 degrees, cloudy with the likelihood of rain.
On my desk: 4 pairs of scissors, holiday cards, fruit dehydrator manual, and 2 cooking magazines.
On the floor: Christmas present carnage!
Christmas surprise: The kids slept until 7:45! We had to wake up Trevor because I couldn’t wait any longer!
In my ears: crackling of wrapping paper.
In my tummy: Eggnog french toast…and a sugar cookie that Santa didn’t eat.
In the oven: White Chocolate Creme Brulee.
In my future: A nap. Oh wait… no, that’s what I want in my future…Dinner at sister Jen’s house!
On tap for holiday dinner: Prime rib, Glazed Carrots, Roasted Green Beans with Parmesan, Cauliflower Gratin, and Horseradish Mashed Potatoes…a la Jen. YUM-O.
Latest obsession: White cheddar Cheez-Its…Must. Step. Away. From. The. Box.
On my mind: My family, my friends. How lucky we are.
Happy Christmas everyone! Here’s wishing you a delicious and fun holiday!

For all your readers, the Creme Brulee was indescribably delicious. One taste was a delight to the senses.
Once again, I loved your list.
Merry Christmas, Amy!! So glad the kids (and you and Paul, of course!) had a great day. And the wine cork ornament is beautiful. :)
Ahh, that was a nice way to segue back into the InBox here at Corporate America.
I love that Haley is assembling art with wine corks already!
Lol! Of course you’d appreciate that! Hugs <3

Merry Christmas to you, my wonderful Joanne. And the creme brulee was a huge hit…not a dry eye in the house ;-)

Happiest of holidays to you, Dani. So nice to see you over here again. My father says “Hi” back! <3
Super cute ornament. I have a ton of wine corks and I’m always looking for ideas on how to use them.
And the Four Cheese Cheez-Its are super yummy, too. I made a snack mix with them and I pick them out, one by one. So wrong…
Merry Christmas, and thank you for your great blog!!
Thank you for following along, Dana! Merry Christmas to you!
Perfect in every way. Merry Christmas, Amy! P~
Merry Christmas my sweet Paula! <3
