S'mOreos | Very Culinary

Longtime readers know how much I love pie. They also know I love Oreos. Oreo obsessed. You will never, ever find my pantry without Oreos. Seriously, pigs could fly, the sky will turn green, and my hair would all of a sudden start growing out straight. Basically, when Hell freezes over is when Oreos would not occupy shelf space in my house.

I was rearranging my pantry last weekend (Paul says it’s my favorite past time) and while staring at the Oreos and marshmallows, I had this amazing idea! Revolutionary! My million dollar ticket!

Ya. Except when I Googled it, I found out I’m about 5 years too late. Of course. Always late to the party.

But no biggie. Any food that can make my toes curl with delight is enough for me. And these did just that.

Omg. Hello, Lover. *cries*

Makes as many as you want!
Prep time: 5 minutes

• Double-Stuffed Oreos
• Large marshmallows, cut in half
• Hershey bar

Twist the Oreo apart so that the top and bottom are separated. Lay the filling side up and place 1 hershey’s rectangle on top, followed by 1/2 a large marshmallow, then top it off with the remaining Oreo half.

Put on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for about 15-20 seconds. (The marshmallow will probably rise and cause the top half of the Oreo to fall off; this is ok. Just put it back on top after removing from the microwave.)

Eat right away and rejoice!

Oh. My. Goodness. Is this a joke? Are these for real? This has to be the most dangerous post you’ve ever done. Thank goodness I don’t have marshmallows in my house….

You are fashionably late, Dahling. I believe their time has come and I agree with Pam– these are genius.

I rarely reorganize my pantry…mainly because that would mean that I would have to organize it to begin with! I am a fan of mashing random sweet things together until I come up with something delicious. Case in point. Loving these.

Ok…first of all, I had no idea your love or Oreos matched mine! (Seriously, how could I not know this???) Secondly, OMG…I’m in LOVE. I’m salivating just looking at this picture.

I think I will go ahead and add a small piece of caramel to the party. Or maybe a caramel hershey’s kiss. Go big or go home, I say!
