Oreo with Marshmallows




You can make as many as you want to!
Preparation time: 5 minutes



  • 200 grams of butter or margarine
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar, or to taste
  • 210 grams of flour
  • 90 g of cocoa powder (not “Nesquik”)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    For cream filling
  • 100 grams of butter, softened
  • 250 grams of powdered sugar, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon milk


  1. Prepare short pastry. Whisk the softened butter and sugar. Then add the egg and vanilla sugar. Whisk once more.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the mixture and make the dough.
  4. Cover the dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. For its quick cooling, you can divide the dough into pieces.
  5. After cooling, roll it into a layer of 3-5 mm thickness. Cut out a round shape cookie. Lay out chocolate cookies on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.
  7. While the cookies are cooling, make the frosting. Whisk the softened butter and add sugar while whisking.
  8. Add the vanilla and milk.  Whisk once more. The cream is ready. Using a pastry bag fill the cookies.
  9. Make pairs of cookies together. Then put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  10. Add some condensed milk on the top.
  11. Eat it at that very instant and enjoy.
