Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Red Layer:

  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
    Blue layer:
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup berry juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
    White layer:
  • 2 fresh bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice cubes
    For decoration:
  • 5 strawberries, sliced in circles
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • Pinch of coconut

Simple Directions to make it:

  1. Put the smoothie glasses in the freezer. Cold glasses will help to avoid mixing the layers, they will be separated.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the red layer in a blender, add fresh strawberries at the end of mixing. Pour the mixture into a container and store in the freezer to harden. The bottom layer should be denser and heavier.
  3. Now mix the ingredients and put it to freeze.
  4. For the final layer wash the blender, mix all the ingredients in a smooth substance.
  5. Now let’s create a striped smoothie:
  6. Remove the containers with cocktails and glasses. In each glass, pour 1/3 red smoothie, lay a few strawberry circles on the top. Then, pour blue smoothie, and add some fresh blueberries on the top.
  7. Next, lay the banana puree with a spoon to the brim. Decorate the top with coconut, blueberries and strawberry pieces.Enjoy!
