Peaches, along with strawberries and blueberries, are among my families’ favorite fruits. And peach season is at its peak right now, so yay!
This smoothie, friends – it might not be as decadent as my Cookies and Cream or sexy as my Almond Joy. But I could drink this smoothie every single day. It’s honestly one of my favorites from the entire series.
The very first taste was “Oh yes. Absolutely delicious. My work here is done.”
Prep time: 5 minutes
• 1 (6 ounce) container Greek peach yogurt
• 1 cup peach nectar
• 1/2 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
• 1 1/2 cups sliced frozen peaches
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
