Recipe for bacon stuffed bagels

  • 1 kg asparagus
  • 3 tbsp.butter
  • 100 g bacon or ham
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 crackers

 

Directions:

  1. Boil previously peeled and sliced asparagus until soft in salted water and discard in a sieve.
  2. Bacon cut into small cubes, fry, add the fried croutons, asparagus, whipped eggs, salt, mix well.
  3. Put everything in the baking pan, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, and bake in a preheated to 180-degree oven.

When serving asparagus cut into portions and baste with melted butter.
