Surely I can fit one more Superbowl-appropriate recipe in before the weekend, especially if it only takes 5 minutes to make, right?!
My mom has been serving up this spread since I was a kid. But I only recently found out from her how simple it is. It’s crazy how just 2 little ingredients can produce something so good, but they do!
This is perfect for game day, an after school snack, or a last minute bite if you have unexpected guests!
Makes 1 cup
Prep time: 5 minutes
• 1 (8 ounce) package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
• 7 large (or 14 small) pimiento-stuffed green olives
Place both ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with crackers.
