Chicken with Raisins and Feta

Another delicious recipe, combining sweet (from the raisins) and salty (from the feta.) Dredging the chicken in flour beforehand gives it a nice crispy texture.

I serve this dish with a side of pasta sautéed in butter and fresh chopped parsley, but it could also be served with rice or a steamed vegetable.

This looks great. The sweet/salty combos are very appealing to me. We’ll definitely be giving this one a “go” when we have a chance. I’ll be reporting back with results.

This is very different from anything I have made and is certainly worth a try. It looks flavorful and easy to make.

This was really good, great flavor. The crispiness didn’t really last because of the steaming time, but it still had the coated texture. Everyone like it and I would make this again.
