FOR THE PINK SPONGE
- 3 well-whisked eggs
- 180g melted butter
- 170g sugar powder
- 3 cups flour
- 1tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of vanilla
- Pinch of Pink food colouring

- 3 well-whisked eggs
- 180g melted butter
- 170g sugar powder
- flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1.5 tsp Chocolate extract
- 1 tbsp Milk

Bar of dark chocolate (75%)

300g sugar
- Pinch of vanilla

2tsp warm milk

Chocolate sprinkles to decorate
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk with all eggs yolks and whites, put a few drops pink coloring until the dough becomes pink in color.
- Then add butter and vanilla and put 12 egg whites.
- Make chocolate and pink sponge.
- Slowly add about 1/2 pound of potato flour, stir, bake, cover with a glaze of rose water and decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
